Frequently Asked Questions

Need help or want to know more about the ZoomInfo hiring process? Check out these answers to our most commonly asked questions!

  • How do I apply for jobs at ZoomInfo?

You can explore open jobs and apply online here.  You can upload your resume (and a cover letter) from your device or Dropbox or add it manually by copy and pasting. We also have the option for you to apply using your LinkedIn profile.

  • Where are you hiring?

The ZoomInfo headquarters is located in Vancouver, Washington and employs more than 3,000 employees remotely and with offices across the US, Israel, UK, Canada, India, and Australia.

  • I submitted my application online. What happens next?

Your application has been routed to our Talent Acquisition team for review. While we get to know you, take a minute to get to know us! Our website has tons of great info including our story, our culture, and belonging at ZoomInfo.

As part of our hiring process you may be invited to take a pre-hire assessment to measure personality traits and cognitive skills to guide ZoomInfo’s hiring decisions.

  • What is the assessment I am being asked to take after I just applied?

Completing the Bryq assessment is to your advantage.

By using Bryq, you are not only judged by your resume, which is not a good predictor of your job performance and alone can perpetuate inequality. The only way to ensure an objective screening is to use a blind screening process based on job-related merit.

Bryq is not designed to measure any of your hard skills (if you are a good salesperson, software developer, designer, etc). Instead, we measure your cognitive skills and personality traits because this has been proven to be the best predictor of future job performance.

  • Will the personal data I share during my application be safe?

The ZoomInfo career center will maintain the confidentiality of all Personal Data provided by job applicants and employees in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations. Personal Data will only be used for legitimate career center purposes and will not be shared with external parties other than service providers that provide functions related to ZoomInfo’s Human Resources operations, or as necessary to comply with applicable laws.

  • Can I track my online application?

We do not (yet) have the ability for you to log into a candidate portal to track the status of your application. Rest assured our recruiters are reviewing your resume and will be in touch shortly.

  • Help, I think I encountered a fraudulent scam regarding a ZoomInfo job opportunity!

    • Job scams are on the rise so the best way to protect yourself is by never providing detailed personal or financial information during the interview process
    • If contacted by a recruiter, always double-check their credentials before providing any personal information. Emails will come from our corporate domain (@zoominfo.com) and our Recruiting team members will not communicate with you over instant messaging services.
    • All of ZoomInfo’s open positions can be found here. If you don’t see the job in question, it might be a scam.
