Chad brings two decades of business leadership experience from multiple industries to his position as Chief Human Resources Officer at ZoomInfo, including executive roles in SaaS, corporate development, operations, and human resources.
Based out of Vancouver, Wash., Chad leads the human resources department across all ZoomInfo offices. His priorities at ZoomInfo include promoting the diversity among leaders across the company along with its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. One of his most influential draws to ZoomInfo was its TalentOS platform, which empowers his team to discover and recruit the talented employees who drive ZoomInfo’s success.
Chad joins ZoomInfo from Snapdocs, where he served as Chief People Officer. Prior to that role, he was Vice President at BrandSafway and CHRO at Sunrun. Over the course of his career, he has worked in publicly traded companies, and private equity- and venture capital-backed companies, and has completed two IPOs and more than 100 acquisitions and divestitures.
He is a Certified Corporate Economist with the National Association of Business Economics. He’s also active in LGBTQ+ rights organizations and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), and was one of the founders and co-chair of the Helping Hand Fund, an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) that provides relief for victims of natural disasters.
In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his Golden Retriever, Ollie, playing rugby, reading a book a week, and playing guitar.
