Dominic Constandi

Dominic brings more than a decade of leadership experience in client service and relationship management to his role as Chief Customer Officer at ZoomInfo. Based in the Bay Area, he oversees the various client service organizations whose charter it is to drive positive business outcomes and ensure a seamless experience for ZoomInfo’s customers.

Dominic joined ZoomInfo in March 2020 and has since orchestrated the optimization and growth of the customer experience organization while driving retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Previously, Dominic spent nine years leading and growing the global customer success team at Eze Software Group. Prior to that, he worked at a SaaS-focused management consultancy overseeing Salesforce, Workday, and SAP engagements at a number of Fortune 100 firms.

Dominic holds a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University where he also was a member of the men’s varsity tennis team.

In his free time, Dominic enjoys spending time with his wife, his two children, and his two English bulldogs, discovering new places to eat, and supporting his favorite English football team, Arsenal.
